About

Thor Construction & Design is a Panama City Beach custom builder and design firm focused on quality craftsmanship from concept through completion. Based on Griffin Boulevard, the company delivers custom homes and design-driven builds rooted in purpose and lasting quality, with featured projects in coastal communities such as Hadley's Beach, Camp Creek, and Blue Mountain Beach.

The Thor approach covers strategic planning with investors, developers, and private clients; design collaboration that turns concepts into detailed, buildable plans; hands-on construction oversight; and completion focused on long-term value. The team coordinates design partners and trades while managing permitting, budgets, schedules, and quality control. Leadership includes co-founders with engineering, construction, and luxury real-estate backgrounds, supported by operations and project management staff who keep each build organized from planning to delivery.
