About

Home Outlet is a 100% employee-owned home improvement retailer specializing in kitchens, baths, flooring, windows, and doors. Part of the E.C. Barton and Company family of brands, the division operates more than 100 locations across 20 states and adopted the Home Outlet name in 2020 by combining Surplus Warehouse and Bargain Outlet brands.

The Panama City store serves local homeowners and remodelers with in-stock cabinets and flooring, design help for kitchens, baths, flooring, doors, and windows, and a guaranteed lowest-price focus. Store representatives are employee-owners with a vested interest in project success, and the company highlights free design assistance during regular store hours.
